MISSION
The Central American Women’s Fund is a feminist organization that mobilizes resources to contribute to the strengthening of women’s and feminist movements in the region through direct funding, close accompaniment and the facilitation of opportunities that contribute to their sustainability and struggles.

Autonomy
We exercise the freedom to decide and act based on our vision, mission and values, respecting the agency capacity of the organizations we work with and recognizing that they are the ones who best know their contexts, needs and paths for change.
Plurality
We recognize, respect and value the different forms of resistance and struggles of women's and feminist movements, their expressions, identities and worldviews, and their contribution to building more just societies and communities.
Solidarity
We create bonds and alliances in order to come together and provide protection and collaboration based on empathy and in pursuit of the common good.
Transparency
We establish honest relationships, including clear accountability to donors, movements and society as a whole. This value governs our behavior and relationships internally and externally.

Our actions are consistent between discourse and practice. We also seek to be consistent between our reflections and actions.
