money is political

We are proud to continue contributing to the financial and political sustainability of feminist and women’s movements in Central America and outside the region.

In 2023, our income was USD 8,742,179.00 that was channeled by eighteen institutional donors and two donors for joint initiatives. FCAM executed a budget of USD 11,634,911.00. The difference was covered with the remainder from the previous year.

Direct Grants and Programs represented 91% of FCAM’s budget, that is, funding primarily supported our strategy to strengthen the movements because we know money is political.
